County Psychology Service - March 2008

I just thought that I would let you know how happy our Service was by the way attendees were looked after on the course. The tutor said it was one of the best venues she had been to. I think that when people are on such a long course, they like to be pampered as they were with you.

I just wanted to say a big thank you to you and your staff for all your
sterling work that helped to make the Conference "Someone to Watch Over
Me" the success that it was. Having read through all the Evaluations
there were a number of comments about the venue and the excellent
organisation at the New Life Centre and I wanted to pass these comments
on to you and your staff. It is no mean feat to move 300 people around a
building and ensure that they all have refreshments in 12 minutes flat
but you are the one person who hits the target every time!

I shall look forward to seeing you all at the New Life Centre ready for
the next Conference.

Heather asked us to let you know general feedback regarding using New life as a venue.
Many staff comment on the good refreshments and good venue arrangements. Everyone at your centre is friendly and helpful but they don't fuss too much! Your equipment is spot on, chairs comfortable. General ambience is second to none. You feel good walking in the door.

The feedback from course participants and trainers from Lincolnshire County Council is always very positive and many comment on the helpfulness of the staff. The positive feedback also extends to the lovely lunches provided and the choice of snacks during the breaks. The rooms you provide are always well-lit, airy and warm. The venue also has great car parking facilities.

As a trainer, I always enjoy the warmth of the welcome I receive in the morning when training at your venue and feel well supported by your team throughout the day.

It is a joy to use your venue, and many venue providers could learn from all the positive support you provide to training providers and course participants.
